Buying and Managing Impact Profile Searches
Each Impact Profile you run uses one search. Free and Plus memberships include a monthly allowance, and members on either plan can buy extra searches at any time. Pro members have unlimited Impact Profile searches.
Your monthly allowance
- Free: 5 Impact Profile searches a month.
- Plus: 10 Impact Profile searches a month.
- Pro: unlimited.
Your allowance refreshes each month on the date shown on your Dashboard. Unused allowance searches do not carry over to the next month.

Checking your balance
On your Dashboard, Impact Profile Searches shows how many searches you have left and when your allowance next refreshes.
Buying more searches
- On your Dashboard, click Buy searches under your Impact Profile balance.
- Choose a pack of 25, 50 or 100 searches. The bigger the pack, the less each search costs.
- Check the total, then click Proceed to checkout to pay securely by card.
Your new searches are added to your balance straight away.
Purchased searches do not expire
Searches you buy are yours to use whenever you need them. They do not reset with your monthly allowance and stay in your balance as long as your account stays open. When you run an Impact Profile, your monthly allowance is used first, then any searches you have bought.
What extra searches include
Bought searches run the standard Impact Profile, including the Distance Profile and Ancestral Duplication panels. Impact Analysis TIGHT is only available on Pro and during a free trial, so it is not unlocked by buying searches on a Free or Plus membership.
