How to Upgrade Your Account
You can move between plans at any time from your account page. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so the features you are paying for are available as soon as the change goes through.
Where to upgrade
- Log in and click your avatar at the top right of any page.
- Select My Account.
- On the plan card, click the ... menu in the top right corner.
- Select Manage Membership.
The panel shows your current plan at the top and the options available to you underneath.
You can also start from the pricing page and click Get Started on the plan you want.
What the panel shows
Current Plan. Your plan, its price, and your next renewal date. If you are on an older plan it will be marked as a legacy plan, meaning it is no longer offered to new members.
Options. The plans you can switch to, each listing what it includes and what it does not. Read these before switching, since the differences are not only about price.
Monthly or yearly
Both paid plans can be billed either way.
Yearly is cheaper over twelve months and includes free Broodmare Reports.
Monthly costs more over a year but carries no long-term commitment and can be changed at any time. Note that a monthly plan may not include the free Broodmare Reports the yearly version does. The panel states this on the option itself.
If you are unsure, monthly is the lower-risk choice. You can switch to yearly later once you know how much you use the platform.
If you are on a legacy plan
Older plans are marked Legacy Plan, No Longer Available. You can stay on one, but the panel will show what a current plan offers instead, and a current plan is sometimes better value than the legacy one it replaced.
Switching away from a legacy plan is not reversible. Once you leave it you cannot return to it, so compare carefully before moving.
What changes when you upgrade
Upgrading to Pro adds unlimited Impact Profile searches, Impact Analysis Tight, the detailed Sales Snapshot showing each sibling individually, advanced Stallion Match insights, detailed Sex Balance analysis and priority support.

Downgrading
The same panel is used to move to a cheaper plan. Check what you lose before confirming, particularly the Impact Profile search limit and the level of Sales Snapshot detail.

Your payment card
Card details are handled securely through Stripe and are updated under Payment Method on your account page, not in the membership panel.
