If you need to cancel your G1 Goldmine membership, follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.
Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel Your Membership
1.Log In to Your Account
- Visit the G1 Goldmine website and log in using your account credentials.
2.Navigate to Account Settings
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.
- Select “Account Settings” from the dropdown menu.
3.Access Membership Details
- In the Account Settings menu, find and click on the “Membership” tab to view your membership details.
4.Select Cancel Membership
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Membership page.
- Click on the “Cancel Membership” button.
5.Confirm Cancellation
- A confirmation prompt will appear. Read the information carefully.
- Confirm your decision by clicking “Yes, Cancel Membership.”
6.Feedback (Optional)
- You may be asked to provide feedback on why you are canceling your membership. This step is optional but appreciated as it helps us improve our services.
7.Final Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email once your membership has been successfully canceled.
Important Notes
- Membership Type: Some memberships are Annual meaning they must run for the 12 months since starting. Be sure to check your membership term before cancelling.
- Broodmare Reports: You may have complimentary broodmare reports linked to your account. Be sure to use prior to cancelling as they will be reset upon cancellation.
- Billing: If you cancel your membership, you will retain access to G1 Goldmine until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
- Data Access: Ensure you download any necessary data or reports before canceling, as access to your account will be restricted after your membership ends.
- Reactivation: You can reactivate your membership at any time by logging in and choosing a new membership plan.
